It's been a year to the day since the invasion of Iraq was launched by the U.S. A year of needless bloodshed, lies and the corruption of thousands has passed, and I oppose the terrible war even more than I did a year ago, though that's hard to imagine. Well we all know how Poe loves her sushi. So I thought that in preparation for her next tour (whenever it may be) we could compile a list of the best Sushi places around, for her and any touring psychos that may be on the road. i guess what this day is all about is drinking. i've been in Ireland for many st. patrick's days, and it's madness, people overflowing from every dublin pub, drinking in the streets... this starts at about 9am, goes on till about 4am. madness. but they call it "St. Patrick's Week" fireworks, carnivals... it's pretty amazing, but i opted to not be there for this year's festivities, i have too much work to do and it takes them a few days to clean up the mess of a very long party. i'd rather go after they've cleaned up.
