In case this doesn't work, my album at photobucket.com is under the same name as here. I got the first several pictures loaded. It's quite a project, especially with dial-up! It's me! It's me! In front of Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia Cathedral in Barcelona. Me and Alison in Madrid. I'm on the left. Outdoor Tapas Bar in Madrid. I'm 3rd from the right. The first bullfight of the season in Madrid. It was horrible to watch. The Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. So many more, but this is what I have so far!

Is anybody else intimidated by these threads that grow exponentially?? Let's have a thread that gets like 1 post a day with a summary of what happened w.r.t. the PoeBall's impending journey - sort of a summary for us slow people who don't have the boundless energy that seems so common-place in PoeLand. The thought of waking up and reading a 10+ page thread before work has kept me out of the PoeBall thread for weeks haha and now I feel really stupid for missing out on everything. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I don't feel lazy, just overwhelmed sometimes... Anybody else feel this way?

I've had enough. What ever happened to freedom of speech? Now they're taking away our freedom of Depeche Mode. FCC CRACKDOWN Martin Gore dot com Due to the recent breast-baring incident by Janet Jackson, and Bono's use of a vulgarity on the CBS network, the FCC have now gone to the next step in securing the airwaves from indecent material. The FCC have now started a serious retroactive crackdown on indecent lyrics. Unfortunately, Depeche Mode are one of the first bands to be victims this. A number of tunes, including fan favorites such as "Personal Jesus", "Sea Of Sin" amd "I Want You Now" have effectively been banned from U.S. a…

Hey all my fellow psychos! I haven't been around in a little while...but I have a good excuse: Everyone, meet Joshua! My new little psycho! He was born on March 25th and is the joy of my life! He is already a Poe fan - he used to dance around in my tummy whenever I would play Poe. I will be back to posting soon...I hope! I had a C-Section so getting around still isn't that easy, but I will return! Once a psycho - always a psycho!

An overly political issue, I know, but after a certain article in Salon (Courtney Love laying out vast sums of money and where it goes when someone gets a song played on the radio)... Does Repoe have to pay those "Independent (?!) Record Promoters" to get airplay?? Getting the news out to people who have heard her music before won't be difficult for the Repoecrew... but at one time, most of us became fans by hearing her music on the radio (probably "Angry Johnny")... I wonder if she's given thought to how Repoe will accomplish this (if she has plans or contacts...) ... or if the only radio her new music will be on is SHOUTcasted interne…

Maybe someone here could learn something from it: Hey man, after talking to you today, I felt compelled to send you some links. I know it's a lot, but since you're really interested in politics and in knowing what's going on, I hope you'll check them all out. I suppose this little piece could be called "reasons I hate Bush." I've left out all domestic economics stuff, since we were mostly talking about Iraq, but ironically economics is probably his worst area. This one is from a left wing source, but I think the detail is more gritty, human, and interesting than something from cnn: http://www.commondreams.org/views04/0402-01.htm A damning…

This auction run has produced a few emails from winners. Apparently Yahoo sends a link that leads you to a page that says your shopping cart is empty. We've reported this glitch and have also read some emails froma few winners that said the link worked when they tried it the next day. THANKS! I'm sure they'll fix it. Please let us know if they send an entirely new email to you or if the link simply works on another go of it. Angie Realprotool@aol.com

In a stunning ruling today, a federal judge ruled that sharing files on peer to peer networks appears to be legal. http://news.com.com/2100-1027_3-5182641.html I'm sensing a sudden increase of Americans, applying for Canadian citizenship Now I won't condone this, but if you feel to share the works of a certain someone, then it appears that you can do it in Canada legally. (for now anyway)

Have a very happy birthday Poe. May all your wishes and dreams come true for the upcoming year. You have given so much of youself to all of us, let us return some of that to you on this day. Best Wishes Mark P.S: I know it's not quite there yet, on the west coast, but I'd thought we'd watch the wishes chime in, as your birthday rolls accross the continent.

People guided by human nature so do you hate the people, or there nature? Do you hate that they want to cling, or when there fears keep them at a distance for a lack of being able to click their heals be where ever and whoever they wish chained metaphorically for years upon years Do you hate them for ignoring there own desires as to conform to a judgmental society or when they only consider there desires flinging mud on you from the tires of there cars as they pass People are needy, want, take, more then they need to survive Survival encompasses us, human nature does not teach us, only makes it easy to figure out when its wrong it’ll be that huge black grand piano fallin…

I was pointed in the direction of a site called Ghost Town, a very interesting website chronicling a woman's motorcycling adventures in the "dead zone" surrounding Chernobyl. I learned much from this site in my time reading it, from the fact that 1000 years will pass before people can live in this area, to the existance of a large stone egg sent from Germany that represents, as the author says,"LIFE that will break through, life that will survive through radiation." Life has indeed survived - and in fact thrived - in the Chernobyl area. Wolves, fox, wild boar and other animals are multiplying and taking back what other aspects of nature are as well…

Why is Poe so unknown? There is only 3 people (THREE PEOPLE!) I have personally met that knows who Poe is. She has so many great songs. I just don't understand why she goes unnoticed. It took 1 of those 3 people to introduce me to her music. If it wasn't for that person, I'd probably still be listening to radio pop Shizz. Now I can't imagine a world without Poe. Where would I be? Sorry for rambling, but I just don't get it. Is it bad promotion? Bad timing on releases? Anyone know?

I will be reading everything that's written and this area will help everyone see a plan, less the enthusiasm....but of course, we want the enthusiasm and personality in all the responses to get ta know you and your whacky ideas. We've always wanted that. If you only knew how a lot of this started....how Poe wants to keep everyone together and be creative..........well, you'll soon experience the dream. With that said, I'll close the topic and visit back when I can sort soma' this....k?? Have a fantastic time coming up with ideas. It's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! XXOXOOXOXOOOXO Angie
