This Privacy Policy explains how I Dreamt I Was An LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use PoeLand (poeland.officialpoe.com) (the "Site").

We do not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as defined by the CCPA (e.g., precise geolocation, government ID numbers, financial account credentials, health information) beyond payment details handled entirely by our payment processor.
Full payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, and are never stored on our own servers.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.
4. Categories of third parties we share information with, and why
- Payment processor — to process paid membership transactions (business purpose: payment processing)
- Hosting provider (DreamHost) — to store Site data (business purpose: service provision)
- Google Analytics — aggregate usage data (business purpose: analytics/Site improvement)
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics integrations can count as "sharing" personal information under the CCPA's broad definition even without a sale; see your rights in §6 below.
5. Automated decision-making
We do not currently use automated decision-making technology (ADMT) that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users. If this changes, this policy will be updated with the required ADMT disclosures and opt-out rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: you can exercise this right at any time by emailing info@officialpoe.com.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC browser signals as a valid opt-out request for sale/sharing of personal information.
EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. California "Shine the Light" disclosure
California Civil Code § 1798.83 gives California residents the right to ask, once per year, what personal information we've shared with third parties for those parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
8. Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
