Greetings! I have just now been introduced to House of Leaves, yes I know, I was deprived. Anyway, as is my nature, when I find literature that is moving, inspiring, and cutting edge, I become wholly obsessed with the material. With House of Leaves though, it isn't just a matter of collecting different editions of the text, but there are also three Promo CDs released with it that I simply have to posses. If anyone present has any leads to where I can acquire this material, the information will be very helpful in quelling my inherint madness. Thank you for your time, Shambhala

The Columbia House Music website, www.columbiahouse.com , has a whole category of music called, "The best album you never heard." It is a feature category with only a dozen or so albums at any one time. Today I discovered that "Haunted" is featured there! I believe that a few well deserved coins could be rolling poe's way soon! How did an old geezer like me fall in love with poe? She can SING!!!!......................elsullo poe

THE LOVER, THE GAUNTLET, THE PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS... 1.) Right click the specific movie you would like to view and "copy location" 2.) Open Quicktime manually 3.) Use FILE and drop down to the option "OPEN URL IN NEW WINDOW" 4.) Paste It will load-you will laugh. It works best with the instructions above. You may find yourself trying to paste the link in your browser to no avail.

Hey, in poe discography it appears that she collaborated on the song "Mata Oh Aeh" of Dr Alban, from the cd "One Love". I've been listening this song since a few days and I can't find poe's voice anywhere, is she really in it o_O?

I think all music fans and musicians should read this article. It is especially relavent to Poe fans, because her troubles with her label. Many of the reasons I'm boycotting the RIAA are touched on in this article. http://www.mercenary.com/probwitmusby.html About the Author: Steve Albini is a well-known engineer as well as an equally well-known critic of major labels and the "music industry". Steve has worked with artists ranging from the smallest garage band to the Pixies, Plant-Page and Nirvana. In addition to his recording work, Steve was also the founder of the seminal '80s noise-rock band Big Black, and now plays guitar in the underground rock b…

man it's been ages since I was here. SO much has happened, my daughter turned 16 for starters. I always knew teenagers were weird, but I don't remember being this dumb …p Maybe my apparent stupidity is a direct response to the fact that I have no idea what she is talking about most of the time. Were we like this as kids? I was a toatl pain in the butt, but I don't think I ever did stuff this dumb. Maybe I didn't think it was dumb then, but noew that I have the jaded parent goggles on it seems stupid… Is wanting to have fun and sit around the house what we lose as we become *cough*adults*cough*?? I think I want to be 16 again… How's thing swith you…

Perhaps I'm just on a short chain today, but filling up the first page with topics that will never have more than a few posts is profoundly irritating. It could just as easily be contained within one thread. Over and out.
