This is a tread for storytelling. With Poe's wonderful story as our inspiration, why not tell of our own lives on the good ship? Will we tell a serial tale with each person continuing the story? Will we each tell our own parts? Has anyone run into any big fish lately?

YEAH!!!!!!! It's so nice to have a few folks cruising around from far off places. Atlantic really refused to do much with my music outside the US! So I'm impressed...and honored of course...that you (Chile, Puerto Rico, UK...) somehow stumbled across my CD's. In any case, I thought we should give you out-of-towners a little forum of your own. Let us know what cities you live in. When I finally get to do an international tour, I can be sure to play there. It would be great to see names in here from every country in the world! I would thoroughly enjoy being the mascot of a community that traverses all cultural b…

Hello all, Just thought I would start a new topic, with inspirational help from Gamecat.... What are your favorite songs to drive to... both by POE and any other artist/group? Mine would have to be Hey Pretty and Roadhouse Blues by The Doors.

Was wondering, is there any New news on Poe's studio happenings? Or anything else involving her? Only ask because the last poe news I heard was on the myspace, a blog dated early september I think, and I looked and haven't heard anything new. Any info would be greatly appreciated.... Anxiously awaiting....

My first visit to this site, but have been a Poe fan since around '96, a friend mentioned I might like Poe, cause I did like Garbage after finding the first one on display for hearing. But Angry Johnny was played on KROQ in LA area, bought the CD, a little over a year ago, I bought Haunted cause I was listening to it when my wife did her christmas shopping, maybe the year before. The bonus track gets me. Hey Pretty! We have a beautiful yellow Crossfire Roadster, but it won't be driving Mullholland Dr. or PCH, too far for a week vacation. Think about Hey Pretty, driving Lola. This year I'm back to buying Quadraphenia, the Who on CD. Hard to play th…

Its Alicia again with a very interesting idea on how to spread the word of PoE! I am working on a comic with my fiance and my coworker. Its about a group of superpowered teens who are fed up with the authorities not doing anything about the crime in their city and they want to stop it. Well one of the main characters, a girl named Deirdre Miller (Aka Muse), has a unique power. She can command people by singing a suggestion to them (which in one scene she comments, "Do you get the gist of the song now?" ). Now here's where PoE comes in. Deirdre is a musician/singer/songwriter who's fave singer is PoE. PoE is a HUGE influence to her. She has PoE pos…

Hi I just got into Poe and i'm interested in getting songs that aren't on her album's. I have the apocolypse mix version of "Control" I'm, particulary looking for "Strange Wind" if anyone is willing to send me a link to download it or something? I'd be willing to trade, (I have a LOT of Tori Amos files and vid clips and some Rollins Band stuff) if that's the case. thanks

So how long was house of leaves brewing? 10 years? Was it worth the wait? How long did HIS fans wait for the THAT next thing? Only Revolutions? Only 6 years? P+e started bouncing back only two years ago. Will it be worth the wait? These Danielewski’s are a crafty bunch, I have only met one of them, but do some research. I think you will agree. Crafty, but they take their time. Only when P+e is ready to release her music will it be released… When it’s done. In the mean time... Be ready Ninja! She is listening. Remember that. And it will be great

Damn it, I think Apollo has hit on a good idea here. So let's do this. Should you decide that you want to send/recieve Christmas cards this year. Well, poest your email address, and we'll get sort of a mailing list going. Anyone who you wish to mail a card to, simply e-mail them, and providing they don't mind giving out their address, you have one more person to spread the love to. I dont feel very comfortable putting my home addy up on the BBS though, so i think email is the better route. I'll start. My email adress (in case you don't feel like checking my profile): f_r_i_t_z_1_5@hotmail.com

I'm so glad that Angela mentioned the idea of a Psycho Christmas Grab Bag. I've been working at my Christmas presents all weekend, and my extended family is so huge. I really felt I wanted to do something for all my Psycho friends too, but I was having trouble figuring out where I'd get time to make THAT much stuff. This grab bag idea is the perfect solution!!! Please reply if you would like to participate by Friday, December 1. PM me with your address or email it to me. I will put everyone's name in a hat and draw over the weekend and PM you all with your recipient no later than Monday, December 4th. Happy Giving! PS - homemad…

SO i was walking down the street the other day and to my surprise, Paris Hilton was giving some hobo a blowjob on the corner. The hobo was blind, obviously, because everyone knows better than to let their penis go anywhere near Paris Hilton... well, everyone should know better. ANYWHO, i promptly vomited and tried to block that image out of my head as i continued down the street. I was on my way to get something to eat, but for some reason i really wasn't hungry anymore. It was the weirdest thing because i hadn't eaten yet. I was so in the mood for pancakes and then, what do you know, i was more in the mood for some pepto bismol. I am NEVER not in the mood for pa…
