Halloween 2009♥ Portand, OR Zombie Walk

Christmas 2009♥

Halloween 2008♥

I just wanted to alert everyone that I have started an Angry Psychos group on Facebook. I think this will enhance our Poe community. Please follow the link to join: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/group.php?gid=264527097549&ref=ts

As much love "Hello" gets I still can't shake how haunting "Haunted" was. It was a much more mature work than "Hello", and perhaps its that aspect of the album that didn't quite click with people. Ok, sure... I understand there a many fans of the album, but it seems like "Hello" consistently overshadows. Well, for good reason; "Hello" was a blockbuster during its time, leaving a lasting impression on many. But I always found "Haunted" to be a musical journey that revealed something new everytime. It was an experiment that sadly didn't quite get the acclaim that it should have. I'm not sure how that affected Poe's overall career... if it was commercial suicide or not, but…

Ok. The fact that after years of inactivity, I was invited to rejoin the "official" Poe music network? Something's up. The Angry Psychos mailing list has recently been active with news about a Poe public appearance, so could this be real? Are the dreams that we sent to Poe actually finally making their way back to us in the form of a musical inspiration? I'm not sure what to think. I wait with anticipation, hoping that she was able to overcome the obstacles of her contract and put forth her love, her heartbreak, her anger, and her soul and put it into the public sphere again. We love you, Poe. -Shawn
