Anyone know how to pin a topic? Because the amount of spam is becoming unbearable, and its not even tame anymore, its PRON and I am getting sick of it as I'm sure everyone is. If Angie isn't going to be around too clean this Shizz up...someone else really needs to be the moderator, or there needs to be an assistant to take care of this. It's just getting out of control. Because reading is good. And I need to get over my TV addiction. Except for Adult Swim. I just finished Brian Greene's book "The Fabric of the Cosmos". It's about modern cosmology and theoretical physics (quantum mechanics, string theory, etc.), and I just jumped on the bandwsea captains log and started reading the DaVinci Code. I hope it doesn't suck. Also re-reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. What have you been reading?

Hi everyone, I'm new here. About a month ago I found my old Poe cds and put them in for a spin for the first time in ages. I haven't listened to anything other than Poe for weeks now and naturally got to wondering what had happened to her. I'm saddened to hear of all her legal troubles but I'm glad she seems to finally be back on track. I think she's one of the greatest singers of our generation and I'd be glad to help spread the word. I'll be posting some reviews on amazon and itunes tommorrow. Nice to meet you all, hope I can be of help!

as you can see I'm a big fat n00b to this website, but not to the music of the wonderful Poe. I won't turn this into a life story - at least not intentionally. I have been a fan of Poe's for so long, but I live in rural Ohio where nothing ever ever ever ever ever ever even remotely comes within a fifty mile radius of my town (i.e. concerts, conventions, book signings -- I mean ANYTHING) and I would absolutely love to get my hands on the POE ball and be in the front lines of the REPOEZESSION. Story Time: Friday, August 4th, I was at Pier Park in Grosse Pointe Farms. I had some beers, chilled. I was alone as usual - I prefer to be alone. I was about to leave, when I meet a nice gay boy.
