Category: ANGRY PSYCHOS I was introduced to Poe (and blown away by her emotionally powerful lyrics and driving beats) with her "Haunted" CD by a dear friend of mine, who shortly after passed away (all too soon in his late twenties) due to cancer. There is rarely a time when I get to "It's OK. You can go now..." without tearing up, and thinking fondly of my friend. Thank you, Poe, for giving me something that makes it impossible for me to ever forget him. I miss you, Chris. - Ray

Category: ANGRY PSYCHOS Poe, I've been a fan of yours since "Angry Johnny" blew up all over KROQ here in SoCal. I saw you perform live at the Santa Barbara Bowl when you opened for... was it Duran Duran back in '06? You ran into the audience and looked around for a fan to serenade. Even though I'm a dude, I shrieked like a b!tch to get your attention. You zipped over to me, put your arm around my shoulder, and sang ten or so seconds into your mike and my face. Man, that was huge for me! You are awesome. You sound like nobody else and nobody could sound like you. Keep it up! XOXO Matt
