I admit I was saddened by the George Bush comment during "How Long" for the following reasons:1. The guy hasn't been president for a year, and it comes of as a cheap shot.2. The benefit was for people associated with the Dalai Lama - GWB was an avid supported of the Tibetan people, while the current president has made the unprecedented decision to shun the peaceful Dalai Lama in order to placate the human rights violators in the Chinese government.3. It shows a cynicism that was alien to Poe before all the legal battles. Although I can understand the cynicism, I am saddened by it.

I have been a Poe fan ever since I heard Haunted. I too don't understand why she is not better known. There are not that many artists that really grab me but I though Haunted was a real masterpiece. I am a music critic so I hear a lot of stuff. Poe is the real deal. BTW, I am 62 and wonder if I might be one of her older/oldest fans. You are never too old to like music like her's. Can't wait until her third album comes out.

What Poe had to go through in her long court case would have tore the heart and soul out of most people. Perhaps it did a little but if she’s still trying to pull it together it’s a testament to her strength and amazing spirit. I’m no different than any other who would call themselves a Poe fan. Category: ANGRY PSYCHOS My wish list for Poe would be that EP she spoke about in a radio interview sooooooo many years ago. The one when she said she wanted to make 'Fly Away' the next single with band versions of the songs off the album. My current wish is for: 1) a studio recorded version of 'How Long' 2) the radio edit of Wild (i've heard the radio remix and wasn't super impressed). 3) Fly Away (band version) 4) the radio edit of Walk the Walk 5) the radio edit of Hello. 6) and last but certainly not least, new recorded material!!!!
